Global Crisis

A good doctor is one who will tell his patient what ails him, no matter how bad the news… A good doctor begins by making a correct diagnosis of his patient’s condition. A bad doctor, however, either cannot make a proper diagnosis (because he lacks expertise) or, worst still, he hides the truth afrom his patient…

When a dread disease patient is told what he is suffering from, before actually accepting the envitable he first goes through the stages of disbelief and denial. There’s disbelief when we hear the patient say “this is not right: the doctor’s made a mistake!”. But when the dignosis of his illness is confirmed, then in dispair he goes info full denial saying “Impossible! This can’t be happening to me!!”.

A good doctor helps his patient weather this painful process, guiding him towards acceptance of his predicament. Only then can the healing begin. Something similar happens – albeit more abstractly -, when the People are hit by social turmoil as a consequence of severe crises arising from what Carl G. Jung called “epidemics of the mind and soul”.

Below, we address some key issues that we feel reflect the fact that a cycle is coming to an increasingly abrupt end in the whole world, even though the global media may be looking the other way (i.e., hiding the truth and generating smoke screens), most politicians hardly understand what is going on (on account of their ignorance), the bulk of the population in all countries see and feel this but cannot rationalize what’s happening (disbelief), and some intelectuals may actually understand what’s going on and where we’re being dragged, but find it too hard to accept (i.e., denial).

In our communiqué No. 52 of October 3, 2008 dealing with the Global Financial “crisis” that had then just broken out, we said that there was no such “crisis”. Rather, what began Monday, September 15, 2008 was the beginning of a terminal and irreversible collapse of the global financial system, which is part of a controlled Model through which other objetives will be achieved. Those objective go far beyond merely financial goals: rather, they seek to advance towards the next geopolitical stage in the “New World Order” (NWO). And this is nothing more and nothing less than the enthronement of a WORLD GOVERNMENT. At that time, we also described the NWO Elite’s three basic “Plans”, i.e.,:

- Plan “A” seeks to resolve the on-going financial “crisis” through merely financial measures. It’s not working….
- Plan “B” will seek to resolve the “crisis” by a comprehensive overhaul of the global financial system, which among other factors will include introducing a New Dollar, backed by “foolproof” gold bullion. This will allow the global elites to transfer the bulk of Wall Street and European bankers’ losses to other geographies (amongst them, China, which is one of the focus of present crisis, as well as Latin America), and
- Plan “C” that will seek to “kick the chessboard”, so to speak, triggering a planetary war.
We believe that these three “Plans” are presently in different stages of implementation: Plan “A” is almost dead. Plans “B” and “C” are about to be activated. Let’s see where we stand at present….
1) WORLD GOVERNMENT:
First, we must understand that ”New World Order (NWO)” is not an actual “stage” in the global political structure but, rather, it’s a generic term. Thus, we had several “New World Orders” over the past century:
- in 1919, when World War I ended and the Council on Foreign Relations (New York) and Royal Institute of International Affairs (London) were created, as geopolitical controlling and planning organizations bent on promoting Anglo-American-Zionist interests throughout the world.

- in 1945, when the Post-World War II Bipolar World was designed: i.e., Bretton Woods, Yalta, the UN, the “cold war”.

- in 1991, after the USSR was thrown into the dust bin of History to make way for NWO “globalization”, as announced by George HW Bush, Sr. (on 11-Sept.-1991!), and

- in 2008, when now ambiguous and dying “globalization” begins phasing out, to be replaced by something far more ambitous: an authoritarian and mandatory World Government, as announced in the London “Financial Times” on December8, 2008 by Gideon Rachman.

Today we are undergoing the violent stage just prior to imposition of World Government. Amongst its goals:
- Disolution and destruction of all National Sovereignties (the demise of the Nation-State promoted by the CFR, Trilateral and Bilderbergers)

- The Twilight of the United States of America as the “indispensable” superpower (ergo, Obama was allowed into the Oval Office)

- Drastic depopulation of the world (pendemic hysteria)

- Total electronic surveillance and control of surviving citizenry (Psywar drills that increasingly lower people’s resistance to inocculation), and

- Monolithic centralization and strict comprehensive control over politics, the economy, finance, the military, culture, the media, technology and even religious activities.
All of this CANNOT be achieved without war. Thus, Plan “C” has just been activated.
2) CONFRONTATION WITH RUSSIA AND CHINA:
Over the past months, China has been looking at the US and the Wall Street parasites with an increasingly fixed and unblinking gaze…
They want to know what is going to happen with the 1.7 Trillion Dollar-denominated Reserves that they are holding on to (some Washington observers call this “The Chinese Nuclear Bomb”). The US is not answering because they simply don’t have any answer to give…
Were China to make a “strong move” (such as changing their US Dollar-denominated Reserves into Euros on very short notice), the effect would lead to the collapse the US Dollar (for this Contingency they have Plan “B” as described).
Actually, one of the main sources of financing of American public deficits is, in fact, China which until recently had been soaking up huge tranches of American Public Debt (today these needs are running as high as u$s 170 billion a week!!).
The recent mysterious fly-over of Air Force One, low over Manhattan in New York City, triggering panic and the evacuation of the World Financial Center and other Manhattan skyscrapers, seems to be linked to this: it appears that Obama and some from his team had decided to meet with Trustees and representatives from China and other foreign powers to try to reach some agreement/solution. But Obama did not properly consult with “those upstairs who have the final say”, who then decided otherwise and ordered Air Force One to land in Washington DC, doing that with a more than threaterning demeanor. Fearing the worst, the Air Force One pilot decided to protect his plane by having it “seen by millions” over the skies of New York City, in such a way that the two F16 fighter jets “escorting” him could do nothing ”strange” (see the incredible low fly-by videos on YouTube). Later on, the missions of these foreign creditors of the US - Chinese included – were involved in a confussing shoot-out with FBI operatives that left several agents dead…
3) THE ISRAELI DETONATOR:
The State of Israel continues moving forward with its announced plans of unilateral attack on Iran. We have been informing about this for more than two years now. This will be a premeditated, unjustified, unilateral attack perpetrated by the State of Israel, the only country in the Middle East that wields Weapons of Mass Destruction – 400 nuclear artefacts ceded by the US -, and shows an unequivocable willingness to use them. Naturally, their excuse is Iran’s nuclear program. The London “Times” newspaper, in its April 18,2009 edition informs that the Israeli Air Force is fully ready to attack and are only waiting to receive the green light from the new ultra-right wing Israeli primer minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his even more ultra-right wing foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman, and the IDF high command (see article “Israel stands ready to bomb Iran’s nuclear sites”).
THAT will be the trigger for generalized war involving WMD’s – biological, chemical and nuclear. Israeli sources say that they will attack Iran with or without the Obama Administration’s green light, knowing full well that Zionist power in America is above any Administration, whether Democrat or Republican. Netanyahu will meet with Obama on May 18th. Either way, once Israel attacks and Iran retailiates, the Obama Administration will be FORCED by Zionist power structures in control of the US, to fight for them (see “The Israel Lobby and US Foreign Policy”, Stephen Walt & John Mearsheimer). This was just been ratified by “The Daily Telegraph” of 7th May.
4) GEOPOLITICS FOR A WORLD GOVERNMENT :
This “Israeli Detonator” goes hand in hand with the repositioning of the US military along the lines suggested by Zbigniew Brzezinski’s geopolitical strategic thought, which calls for the US detaching from the Iraqui mess and focusing on Afghanistan, Pakistan, the Taliban and the Caspian Sea oil fields. Afghanistan is in a horrific mess, with the Taliban having recovered the better part of that country. Today, they stand a mere 160 kms from Islamabad, in Pakistan, which too is in a horrific crisis. US bombs fall on Afghanistan and Pakistan daily without their puppet governments doing anything about it.
From their respective viewpoints and interests and with varying criteria and levels of alarm, Iran, Russia and China closely observe these threatening maneouvers (supplemented by NATO’s dangerous encircling strategy against Russia in Poland and other parts of Europe). The three, however, recognize that they have the same adversaries: The US (for Russia and China), Israel and the US (for Iran). A truly explosive formula, but a necessrary risk for the NWO elite bent on enthroning World Government.
This ought to be a wake-up call for all countries around the world. Red lights should be blinking and alarm bells ringing in every nation, because World Government will not leave any country out; and any country not wanting to “voluntarily join” this World Government geared on US, UK and Israeli global interests, will be automatically branded a “Rogue State”, “antidemocratic”, “contrary to humanity”, “anti-Semitic”, and when that happens, we all know what comes next…
5) MORE AND MORE BANKRUPTCIES: UNEMPLOYMENT AND POVERTY FOR MILLIONS OF WORKERS
US and European banks are bankrupt, many major industries are bankrupt (Chrysler being the latest to fall), global insurers and reinsurers are technically broke, whilst most all financial institutions are technically unsound, at best, and unviable at worst. First World Governments must bail out company after company. Yet more proof that, when left to its own dynamics, Extreme Capitalism leads to a Soviet-like system in which the State takes over corporations (“too large to fail”, naturally) and runs the economy to protect the bankster Nomenklatura…
Time and again, we see the same cycle: first come decades of privatizing huge profits which flow straight into the pockets of bankers, “investors”, speculators and parasites of all sorts, types and shapes, and then when the whole System comes crashing down as happens now, the ensuing and predictable gigantic losses are socialized by way of government funded bail-outs with taypayer money, and irresponslble money printing to save those who should sit in jail. Everybody else is left high and dry, and on their own.
The US-Dollar has been technically hyperinflated, even though no one is saying “the king is nude!!”… Not yet, anyway…
We now learn that recession in the US, Europe and Asia is “much worse than thought and expected”, so say the experts…
Millions loose their jobs and livelihood, millions loose their homes and assets, millions loose their pensions and life’s savings, millions start taking to the streets: manifestations, “tea parties”… Social War… Reprisal and repression.
6) FRAUD AND MORE FRAUD:
“Wall Street Inversor” Bernard Madoff (ex-president of NASDAQ y director of Yeshiva Univerrsity in Tel Aviv) has become a symbol of the white collar Banker Mega-fraud which is an integral part of the Extreme Capitalist system (using the Ponzi Scheme Pyramid as its basic model), with his 70 billion dollars stolen from other ”investors” (ha!…they now seem to have fallen into a modern version of cannibalism, taking bites amongst themselves..!).
We should, however, be “kinder” to Bernie Madoff because he’s taking all the blame and getting all the bad “Ponzi Schemer” headlines, whilst the the truth is that the ENTIRE global financial system is one vast Ponzi pyramid. This is how CitiCorp (William Rhodes, Robert Rubin), Bank of America, Goldman Sachs (Henry Paulson, Timothy Geithner), Morgan Stanley, AIG (Maurice Greenberg) and most all other global banks and insurers operate all the time.
To get a better idea of what’s really happening behind the scenes, take a look at Freddie Mac whose recently appointed 41 year old Chief Financial Officer David Kellermann ”commited suicide”. Russian intelligence sources, however, point to a more credible cause of death linked to the fact that Kellermann appeared to have discovered that Freddie Mac had syphoned over 50 billion dollars to Zionist and Israeli interests and organizations, and he was about to become a whistleblower going public with that explosive information… Bear in mind that when Freddie Mac collapsed late last year, one if its directors was Rahm Emanuel, today president Obama’s dual-citizenship (Israeli and US) chief-of-staff, also suspected of being an Israeli Military Intelligence operative.
7) H1N1 SWINE FLU
This would seem to be yet another smoke screen imposed on the world media’s headlines, in order to keep the above dramatic events as much out of the front pages and newscasts, as possible. So far, there are only around 2000 H1N1 cases globally; of the 160 Mexican deaths originally reported by FoxNews a couple of weeks ago, we are now down to around 30… The same goes for the rest of the world. The media have gone into Hysteria Over-drive, generating what one major risk consultancy has labelled “pandemic hysteria”, to the great joy of major Pharmaceutical Labs who are having near record sales of “Tamiflu” and other Influenza medications. The NWO people were also able to test and assess results of their PsyWar Operations, geared on controlling large masses of people by instilling fear, so they can be willingly inocculated. Face masks, quarantines, mass vaccinations, cancelled flights, the whole circus of a global drill… as occured with the Bird Flu scare, back in 2004 and 2005 (whatever became of that??).
At some point, they will no doubt let loose some synthetic “selective” virus which will target increasingly focused social groups and types (was HIV a precursor?), because one of the key objetives of World Government is to trigger intensive depopulation of the world, as recommended by Henry Kissinger’s National Security Strategic Memoranum 200, back in 1974.
Finally, the seven issues we address above should not be seen as isolated and unconnected. Rather, they are inter-related and should be viewed holistically, as part of a much vaster strategy geared on imposing World Government, one way or another… Addressing these and other factors jointly, and projecting their medium- and long-term effects will allow us to begin to understand what is really happening in the world; which is a very different story than what we hear on CNN, FoxNews, the BBC, The New York Times, Washington Post, Daily Telegraph, ABC, CBS or NBC…
In short, the key question we must ask should become increasingly obvious to us all, everywhere: How much time do we have left? How much time do we really have in the US, in Europe, in Argentina, in the whole world?
You be the judge… you make your own choice. You can either be a Homer Simpson-like couch potato, zapping on your TV remote control, or… we can all start getting a grip on this whole disaster – no matter where each of us is - and start doing something about it….
Whatever we do, we had better start doing it fast!

India To Counter China, Pakistan In Deep Waters

The Zardari government stalled a crucial deal with Germany for the purchase of submarines this year. And the main reason is that the Germans pay less commissions than the French, with whom Mr. Zardari has had a good prior experience, if French media reports are to be believed. Most observers agree Pakistan will pay dearly for not purchasing German submarines. India is using this Pakistani complacency to the hilt.

WHILE the Pakistani Presidential palaces are echoing with blames on the President Asif Zardari for receiving high volume kickbacks in a deal to purchase Agosta Submarines from France for the use of Pakistan Navy, a long ago, country’s nuclear arch rival India is preparing to counter not only Pakistan navy but also the Chinese Navy in the region’s deep water through multi billion dollars endeavors with Israel, Russia, France etc and is set to come up with a supreme naval force in the coming few years, overpowering the might of both the Pakistani and Chinese Navies, reveal the latest finding of The Daily Mail.


India has a couple of days back, signed a new defence deal with Israel worth more than one billion US dollars through which Israel Aerospace Industries Limited would provide India with Barak-8 anti-missile and anti-aircraft system to be installed on Indian Naval Warships.

The Daily Mail’s findings further indicate that earlier, in one of the largest Indo-Israeli defense deals to date, the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) agreed to provide 2,000 of the latest version of its Barak surface-to-air missile at an estimated price tag of US$1.4 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, a third of the value of the deal will be spent or invested in India, where the IAI will make offsetting purchases from Tata.

These findings reveal that the Mumbai-based multinational’s wholly owned subsidiary Tata Advanced Systems (TASL) is forging a direct partnership relationship with the IAI that is expected to be wide-ranging, involving missiles, drones, radars, electronic warfare systems and homeland security systems, all areas of Israeli defense industry specialization.

Under the deal,, the IAI confirmed that it would develop and manufacture seaborne and shore-based Barak anti-missile systems.

“The Barak has been fielded operationally by the Israeli navy for more than 15 years It has been refined over time and it could well be attractive for certain land-based applications”, says STRATFOR military analyst Nathan Hughes.
The IAI deal comes shortly after an agreement between the Israel Military Industries (IMI) and India’s state-owned Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) for the building of five munitions factories in the next three years in the Indian state of Bihar. The IMI has pledged to utilize both Israeli and Indian sub-contractors in the fabrication of the artillery munitions plants.

The IMI boasts that it is experienced in the production of both “western and eastern calibers,” of tank and artillery munitions, an important selling point for India given its long-established mass defense procurement relationship with Russia.

The Daily Mail’s investigations reveal that though Israel remains the biggest defense supplier to India, New Delhi continues to maintain its close ties with Russians for the defence supplies.

This findings indicate that Delhi has increased its Defense Budget to the tunes of billions of dollars, hiding behind the notions of ‘Defence Needs’ India is all set to introduce its new Naval Doctrine by announcing final assembling of a powerful electro-accelerating machine i.e. Kilo-Ampere Liner Injector (KALI), that would be South Asia’s first ‘Star Wars’ weapon whose beams could cripple the incoming missiles and aircraft, that would not only be disturbing the military balance in the region but would be a permanent source of threat and deterrence to all the Naval and Air Traffic in the region particularly the future sea traffic to Pakistan’s Gawadar Port, authoritative diplomatic sources confided this to The Daily Mail. A senior Western diplomat, who remained in touch with a high-profile intelligence agency of his country, disclosed on condition of anonymity that the Indians imported the said technology from Russia a few years back and conducted further research on it at the Bhaba Institute of Nuclear Research (BINR) in Mumbai for a further modification so as to suit their defence requirements and by 1999, it had made some major modifications in it.

The Daily Mail’s investigations reveal that the KALI is a “soft kill” weapon system, initially developed by both the US and the former USSR during the Cold War era as part of their Star Wars Programme.
Bursts of microwaves from KALI, packed with the gigawatts of water could ’soft kill’ the incoming aircraft and missiles by crippling their electronic systems and computer chips, contrary to the laser weapons which destroy the targets by drilling holes in metal.

KALI generates pulses of highly energetic electrons while its other components convert the electrons into the X-Rays or microwaves. According to some reports, India’s Defence Ballistic Institute at Chandigarh has already started using the X-Ray version of KALI to study the speed of projectiles.

The Daily Mail’s findings further indicate that the Indian defence scientists, at secret defence institute established at Banglore are utilizing a micro-wave producing version of KALI to test the vulnerability of electronic systems being installed in the light combat aircraft under development by the Indian aeronautical development agency in collaboration with the Israeli experts and the engineers of the IAI and IMI.

Sources maintained that KALI would enable India to enhance its electronic systems used in its satellite and missiles against electro-magnetic impulses (EMI), generated by nuclear weapons. The EMI can wreak havoc by creating intense electric fields of several thousand volts per centimeter. According to the defence analysts, the electronic components used in most of the missiles can withstand electric fields of only 300 volts per centimeter.

The Daily Mail’s investigations reveal that the Indians are planning to ‘arrange’ a formal test firing of KALI during the next couple of months to complete their current anti-missile and anti-aircraft programme. It is believed that the Indians would install KALI initially on its Warships that it has recently deployed in the Persian Gulf.

Some other reports reveal that India is also interested in purchasing almost a fleet of Kilo-Class Submarines and one such Sub is still under construction at St. Petersburg and would reportedly be having the missile firing capability installed. Moreover, vertically launched versions of the 3M-55 El would arm three improved Krival III (project 1135.6) class frigates, which are still under construction for the Indian Navy at the Balitisky shipyard again in St. Petersburg.

Each frigate will be capable of boasting eight 3M-54E anti-ship missiles. The Russians have designed the frigate to meet the desires of New Delhi to counter Pakistani and Chinese Navies. The 3M-54 is reported to have a range of up to 3000 kms. The large part of the missile’s trajectory is flown at high sub-sonic speeds at about 6 kms from the target; the missile third solid propellant state starts.

Another report, originating from the US, says that the Indians have also signed a contract with the Russians for the upgrading f the MiG21-93 fighters and have asked them to install the radar guided ‘Vympel-77’ (NATO code name AA-12 Adder), a medium range air-to-air missile. The Russians are reported to have successfully test fired the same at the Akhubinsk Test Centre in the south of the country in 2004,2005.

Simultaneously, Indians are reportedly seeking an upgradation of MiG-21s by the Israeli Air Industry, installing them with state of the art avionics systems (earlier the IAF was planning to retire all the MiG -21 Squadrons). The Indians are also reportedly making desperate efforts to purchase top of the line “Rafale” combat jet fighters from France. The Rafale, is an advance production of the makers of the Mirage, the Dassaul Aviation France and was built to rival the Euro fighter by an EU conglomerate. The Indians are reportedly to have made a strong pitch for Rafale, while going simultaneously with Russian Sukhoi.

This development coupled with the launching of KALI and Brak-8,would disturb the defence scenario in South Asia and would be a permanent threat and sources of concern and havoc for all the civil air and naval traffic of the regional countries.

The Defence Attaché’ of an Arabian country, while talking to The Daily Mail, said that with this new defence extravaganza, India can mess with any one, any time and the move would force the rest of the countries in the region to boost their defence strategies. It may engage these countries into a missile and electronic race.

A senior European diplomat, when contacted said that in the wake of the downing of an unarmed Pakistan Navy plane ‘Atlantique’ by the Indians a few years back, any such added development can force Pakistan to go for obtaining a matching technology from any advanced country or to forma a Naval cartel with neighbouring China . He added that if such a development takes place in this part of the world, and if the Indians are not timely checked by powers that be, the situation would not remain under the control of the UN or the US.

More Shady deals with Israel

The Daily Mail’s investigations suggest that earlier this year, the UPA government quietly signed a massive, legally opaque, Rs10,000 crore defence deal with Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), ignoring a continuing probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and initial vigilance concerns. The contract, to supply medium-range surface-to-air missiles (MRSAM), has raised worrying questions of propriety, with key bureaucrats and former defence officers playing influential roles in creating and pushing the deal through.

The deal, which was signed into a contract , came at a time when India was already in possession a more powerful missile in the same class the advanced air defence (AAD) missile, part of India’s anti-ballistic missile shield.

The Daily Mail’s investigations indicate that the deal, which was kept under wraps, could have sounded the death-knell of India’s indigenous surface-to-air Akash missile system, into which hundreds of crores of rupees had already been invested over the years.

Further research in this direction indicates that some former officers of the Indian Air Force (IAF) played a key role in limiting the large-scale induction of Akash into the force, pushing instead for the Israeli MRSAM. At least one of them is suspected to be working for the Israelis from New Delhi.

The Daily Mail’s investigations suggest that Joint development of the MRSAM between IAI and India’s Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) was cleared in July 2007 by the cabinet committee on security (CCS). But Defence Minister AK Antony did not give it his final administrative clearance because of the CBI’s continuing investigation into the Barak missile scam. The CBI had by then filed an FIR on the purchase of the Barak missile system in 2000 from IAI and Rafael, naming former defence minister George Fernandes and then navy chief Sushil Kumar.

The Daily Mail’s investigations further reveal that despite CCS approval, a cautious Antony sought vigilance opinion on the file. The Indian defence ministry’s vigilance department cited the CBI investigation to suggest that the deal should not go through, the DNA report said citing two different sources and adding that is why the defence minister asked the DRDO to keep the file pending.

But some time in the last week of March 2008, the DRDO was ordered to move the file again for CCS approval. This happened even though the CBI was still investigating IAI and had, in fact, found more evidence of Israeli firms engaging arms dealers for the 2000 deal with the Indian Navy.

Asked why the government did not blacklist the two firms despite the CBI’s FIR, a senior official remarked: “What do we do when we are neck-deep with the Israelis?”
In the past, whenever allegations about the involvement of arms dealers have cropped up, the government has moved quickly to blacklist the firms involved. These include Bofors, HDW, and Denel. In all three cases, the blacklisting was done even before the CBI had filed FIRs.

A senior defence ministry official, who defended the government on the contract, said the MRSAM file was sent to the solicitor-general, who felt that the CBI’s FIR was not a bar and the government could go ahead with the deal if it considered the missile essential. Similar, vague opinions favoring the deal were obtained by the ministry from other agencies. The Central Vigilance Commission said the deal could go through if it was in the national interest.
The defence ministry sought the opinion of the law ministry, which said much the same thing: if the equipment was essential to national security, the deal could go ahead.
After fishing for favourable legal opinion, the “IAF was asked to confirm that it was absolutely essential” for national security, the defence ministry official said.
The Daily Mail’s research further reveals that in 2008, despite the CBI investigation, vigilance guidelines, and lack of multiple vendors in contracts, the government and the air force pushed through several deals with IAI and Rafael. Besides MRSAM, it approved two others: a repeat order for Aerostat radars, and low-level quick-reaction missiles (LLQRM) to protect existing Aerostat radars. Both these purchases were cited as reasons for approving the MRSAM deal.

The fact is that there was no open tendering in any of these three contracts. IAI was the only participant from the beginning in the MRSAM contract, and no comparative pricing was done in the international market.

It may be added here that the Indians are launching a number of defense projects in collaboration with the Israelis and the Russians. Their aims are to nuclearize their all the three defence forces i.e. Army, Navy and Air Force and to attain a strategic supremacy in the region.

Increasing itself, the production of the missiles and creating added material to play havoc with humanity India has now started importing anti-missile and anti-aircraft systems. They just recently finalized a deal to attain the anti-ballistic missile system.

The Indians first purchased “Phalcon” from Israel, immensely disturbing the military balance and are aiming to further disturb this balance by opting for Russian originate ’soft kill’ system KALI coupled with upgrading its submarines. Naval frigates and Jet fighters with the help and assistance of Israeli and Russian partners while it has already deployed Warships in the Persian Gulf that are soon to be equipped with KALI.

The global defence analysts believe that such military muscle can insane the Indian defense forces and its political leadership, which can ultimately result a nuclear war between India and Pakistan or India and China, sabotaging all the efforts of Peace in South Asia.

The American and other Western nations have been slow to show concern over all such hostile ambitions of India. It is being feared that with such a military might and with the presence of such devastating technologies and a missile reservoir (with possible nuclear warheads), India is a constant threat to humanity and the world peace.
It is worth mentioning that the Indian government is spending not billions but trillions of dollars on defence purchase while the hundreds of millions of the general public lack even the basic living facilities. The international financial institutes including the World Bank and the IMF are contemplating upon withholding all the financial aids to India in wake of its extravagant defence purchases from numerous countries.

When waging war “by way of deception,” the motto of the Israeli Mossad, well-timed crises play a critical agenda-setting role by displacing facts with what a target population can be deceived to believe. Thus the force-multiplier effect when staged crises are reinforced with pre-staged intelligence. In combination, the two often prove persuasive.

That duplicity was on display when U.S. lawmakers were induced to invade Iraq in response to the mass murder of 9-11. That crisis alone, however, was insufficient. Military mobilization required a “consensus” belief in Iraqi WMD, Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda, Iraqi mobile biological weapons, Iraqi meetings in Prague, and so forth. Though all were false, those “facts” proved sufficient to induce an invasion of Iraq.
Such agent provocateur operations typically include collateral incidents as pre-staging for the intended main event. Ongoing incidents suggest a follow-on operation is underway. Recent history suggests we’ll see an orgy of evidence that plausibly indicts a pre-staged Evil Doer. Though Iran is an obvious candidate, Pakistan is also a possibility where outside forces have been destabilizing this nuclear Islamic nation with a series of violent incidents.
Will it be coincidence if the next war—like the last—is consistent with the expansive goals of Jewish nationalists?

The Indo-Israel Alliance

December 2007 saw the murder of former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Mark Siegel, her Ashkenazim biographer and lobbyist, assured U.S. diplomats that her return was “the only possible way that we could guarantee stability and keep the presidency of Musharraf intact.”
President Pervez Musharraf had announced that resolution of the Israel-Palestine conflict was essential to the resolution of conflicts in Iraq and neighboring Afghanistan. That comment made him a target for Tel Aviv.
During Bhutto’s two terms as prime minister, Pakistani support for the Taliban—then celebrated as the freedom-fighting Mujahadin—enabled her to wield influence in Afghanistan while also catalyzing conflicts in Kashmir. By fueling tension with India, she also fueled an Indo-Israel alliance as Tel Aviv provided New Delhi an emergency shipment of artillery shells during a conflict over the Kirpal region of Kashmir.
In January 2009, Israel delivered to India the first of three Phalcon Airborne Warning & Control Systems (AWACS) shifting the balance of conventional weapons in the region. That sale confirmed what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had earlier announced: “Our ties with India don’t have any limitation….” That became apparent in April when Israel signed a $1.1 billion agreement to provide India an advanced tactical air defense system developed by Raytheon, a U.S. defense contractor.
In August 2008, Ashkenazim General David Kezerashvili returned to Georgia from Tel Aviv to lead an assault on separatists in South Ossetia with the support of Israeli arms and training. That crisis ignited Cold War tensions between the U.S. and Russia, key members of the Quartet (along with the EU and the UN) pledged to resolve the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Little was said about the Israeli interest in a pipeline across Georgia meant to move Caspian oil through Turkey and on to Eurasia, using Israel as an intermediary while undermining Russia’s oil industry.

More Game Theory Warfare?

Bhutto’s murder ensured a crisis that replaced Musharaff with Asif Ali Zardari, her notoriously corrupt husband. By Washington’s alliance with Zardari, the U.S. could be portrayed as extending its corrupting influence in the region.
On August 7, 2008, the Zadari-led ruling coalition called for a no-confidence vote in Parliament against Musharraf just as he was departing for the Summer Olympics in Beijing. On August 8, heavy fighting erupted overnight in South Ossetia. As with many of the recent incidents in Pakistan, this violent event involved armed separatists.
But for pro-Israeli influence inside the U.S. government, would our State Department have installed in office the corrupt Hamid Karzai in Afghanistan, leading to record-level poppy production? Is the heroin epidemic presently eroding Russian society traceable to Israel’s infamous game theory war-planners? (See “How Israel Wages Game Theory Warfare” and “Israel and 9-11” )
In late November 2008, a terrorist attack in Mumbai, India’s financial center, renewed fears of nuclear tension between India and Pakistan. When the attackers struck a hostel managed by Chabad Lubavitch, an ultra-orthodox Jewish sect from New York, Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni announced from Tel Aviv: “Our world is under attack.” By early December, Israeli journalists urged that we “fortify the security of Jewish institutions worldwide.”
Soon after “India’s 9-11” was found to include operatives from Pakistan’s western tribal region, Zardari announced an agreement with the Taliban to allow Sharia law to govern a swath of the North West Frontier Province where Al Qaeda members reportedly reside.
Pakistani cooperation with “Islamic extremists” created the impression of enhanced insecurity and vulnerability for the U.S. and its allies. That perceived threat was marketed by mainstream media as proof of the perils of “militant Islam.”
With the Taliban and Al Qaeda portrayed as operating freely in a nuclear-armed Islamic state, Tel Aviv gained traction for its claim that a nuclear Tehran posed an “existential threat” to the Jewish state. Meanwhile Israel’s election of an ultra-nationalist/ultra-orthodox coalition further delayed resolution of the Israel-Palestine conflict.
More delay is destined to evoke more extremism and gain more traction for those marketing the “global war on terrorism.” Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni argued after the assault in Mumbai: “Israel, India and the rest of the free world are positioned in the forefront of the battle against terrorists and extremism.”
In announcing that list, Islamabad was indicted by its exclusion even though Pakistan is dominantly Sunni and, unlike Iran’s Shi’a , abhors theocratic rule. The fact patterns suggest that Pakistan, not India, was the target of the murderous terrorism in Mumbai.
Advised by legions of Ashkenazim, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s recent mission to Islamabad was a diplomatic disaster. Abrasive and arrogant, America’s top diplomat reinforced Pakistani concerns that it is surrounded by hostile forces and that the nation is being set up to fail by Jewish nationalist advisers to a nation it considered an ally.
In a climate of heightened tensions, Clinton undermined U.S. interests, boosted the Israeli case for a global war on “Islamo-fascism” and lent credence to the Clash of Civilizations.
Destabilization as a Prequel to Domination

As Afghanistan and Pakistan join other nations being destabilized by outside forces, key questions must be answered:
Was India’s 9-11 a form of geopolitical misdirection meant to serve both the tactical goals of Muslim extremists and the strategic goals of Jewish nationalists? Who benefits—within Pakistan—from humiliation at the hands of India and the U.S.?
With Bhutto’s murder and Musharraf’s departure, the crisis in Mumbai drew Pakistani forces to the Indian border and away from the western tribal region. Was that the geostrategic goal of these well-timed crises? What role, if any, did Israel play?
Is delay in ending the occupation of Palestine part of an agent provocateur strategy? Was the latest assault on Gaza part of this strategy?
Each of these crises incrementally advanced the expansionist agenda of Colonial Zionists. Do these collateral incidents trace their origin to a common source? Is that source again using serial events to pre-stage a main event?
The public has an intuitive grasp of the source of this oft-recurring behavior. An October 2003 poll of 7,500 respondents in member nations of the European Union found that Israel was considered the greatest threat to world peace.

Is terrorism limited to “Islamo-fascists”? Are mass murders also deployed—from the shadows—as a strategy of geopolitical manipulation by those who Ashkenazim philosopher Hannah Arendt described as “Jewish fascists”?

Israel and 9/11

The greatest threat to world peace is not terrorists. The greatest threat is the US-Israeli relationship. In the same way that a decade of pre-staging was required to plausibly induce the US to invade Iraq, a similar strategy is now underway to persuade the US to invade Iran or to support and condone an attack by Israel, notes Jeff Gates.

What Role Did the US-Israeli Relationship Play in 9-11?

On the day of the 9-11 attacks, former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was asked what the attack would mean for US-Israeli relations. His quick reply was: “It’s very good….Well, it’s not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy (for Israel).”

Intelligence wars rely on mathematical models to anticipate the response of “the mark” to staged provocations. Reactions thereby become foreseeable—within an acceptable range of probabilities. When Israeli mathematician Robert J. Aumann received the 2005 Nobel Prize in economic science, he conceded that "the entire school of thought that we have developed here in Israel" has turned "Israel into the leading authority in this field."

With a well-planned provocation, the anticipated response can even become a weapon in the arsenal of the agent provocateur. In response to 9-11, how difficult would it be to foresee that the US would deploy its military to avenge that attack? With fixed intelligence, how difficult would it be to redirect that response to wage a long-planned war in Iraq -- not for US interests but to advance the agenda for Greater Israel?

The emotionally wrenching component of a provocation plays a key role in the field of game theory war planning where Israel is the authority. With the televised murder of 3,000 Americans, a shared mindset of shock, grief and outrage made it easier for US policy-makers to believe that a known Evil Doer in Iraq was responsible, regardless of the facts.

The strategic displacement of facts with induced beliefs, in turn, requires a period of "preparing the mindset" so that “the mark” will put their faith in a pre-staged fiction. Those who induced the March 2003 invasion of Iraq began "laying mental threads" and creating agenda-advancing mental associations more than a decade earlier.

Notable among those threads was the 1993 publication in Foreign Affairs of an article by Harvard professor Samuel Huntington. By the time his analysis appeared in book-length form in 1996 as The Clash of Civilizations, more than 100 academies and think tanks were prepared to promote it, pre-staging a "clash consensus"--five years before 9-11.

Also published in 1996 under the guidance of Richard Perle was A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm (i.e., Israel). A member since 1987 of the US Defense Policy Advisory Board, this self-professed Zionist became its chairman in 2001. As a key adviser to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Perle’s senior Pentagon post helped lay the required foundation for removing Saddam Hussein as part of a Greater Israel strategy, a key theme of A Clean Break – released five years before 9-11.

A mass murder, articles, books, think tanks and Pentagon insiders, however, are not enough to manage the variables in a “probabilistic” war-planning model. Supportive policy makers are also required to lend the appearance of legitimacy and credibility to an operation justified by intelligence fixed around a pre-determined agenda.

That role was eagerly filled by Senators John McCain, Joe Lieberman, a Jewish Zionist from Connecticut, and Jon Kyl, a Christian Zionist from Arizona, when they co-sponsored the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998. Echoing Tel Aviv’s agenda in A Clean Break, their bill laid another mental thread in the public mindset by calling for the removal of Saddam Hussein--three years before 9-11.

The legislation also appropriated $97 million, largely to promote that Zionist agenda. Distracted by mid-term Congressional elections and by impeachment proceedings commenced in reaction to a well-timed presidential affair involving White House intern Monica Lewinsky, Bill Clinton signed that agenda into law October 31, 1998 -- five years before the US-led invasion that removed Saddam Hussein.

After 9-11, John McCain and Joe Lieberman became inseparable travel companions and irrepressible advocates for the invasion of Iraq. Looking "presidential" aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt in January 2002, McCain laid another key thread when he waved an admiral’s cap while proclaiming, alongside Lieberman, "On to Baghdad."

By Way of Deception

The chutzpah with which this game theory strategy progressed in plain sight could be seen in the behavior of Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, another Zionist insider. Four days after 9-11, in a principals’ meeting at Camp David, he proposed that the US invade Iraq. At that time, the intelligence did not yet point to Iraqi involvement and Osama bin Laden was thought to be hiding in a remote region of Afghanistan.

Frustrated that President George H.W. Bush declined to remove Saddam Hussein during the 1991 Gulf War, Wolfowitz proposed a No-Fly Zone in northern Iraq. By 2001, the Israeli Mossad had agents at work for a decade in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul. Intelligence reports of Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda also came from Mosul -- reports that later proved to be false. Mosul again emerged in November 2004 as a center of the insurgency that destabilized Iraq. That reaction precluded the speedy exit of coalition forces promised in Congressional testimony by senior war-planner Wolfowitz.

The common source of the fixed intelligence that induced America to war in Iraq has yet to be acknowledged even though intelligence experts agree that deception on such a scale required a decade to plan, staff, pre-stage, orchestrate and, to date, cover up. The two leaders of the 9-11 Commission report conceded they were stopped by Commission members from hearing testimony on the motivation for 9-11: the US-Israeli relationship.

The fictions accepted as generally accepted truths included Iraqi WMD, Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda, Iraqi meetings with Al Qaeda in Prague, Iraqi mobile biological weapons laboratories and Iraqi purchases of “yellowcake” uranium from Niger. Only the last fact was conceded as phony in the relevant time frame. All the rest were disclosed as false, flawed or fixed only after the war began. An attempt to cover-up the yellowcake account led to the federal prosecution of vice-presidential chief of staff Lewis Libby, another well-placed Zionist insider.

Did game theory-modeled pre-staging also include the Israeli provocation that led to the Second Intifada? An intifada is an uprising or, literally, a "shaking off" of an oppressor. The Second Intifada in Palestine dates from September 2000 when Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon led an armed march to Jerusalem’s Temple Mount – one year before 9-11.

After a year of calm—during which Palestinians believed in the prospects for peace—suicide bombings recommenced after this high-profile provocation. In response to the uprising, Sharon and Netanyahu observed that only when Americans "feel our pain" would they understand the plight of the victimized Israelis. Both Israeli leaders suggested that shared mindset (“feel our pain”) would require in the US a weighted body count of 4,500 to 5,000 Americans lost to terrorism, the initial estimate of those who died in the twin towers of New York City’s World Trade Center—one year later.

The American Valkyrie?

When successful, game theory warfare strengthens the agent provocateur while leaving the mark discredited and depleted by the anticipated reaction to a well-timed provocation. By game theory standards, 9-11 was a strategic success because the US was portrayed as irrational for its reaction -- the invasion of Iraq – that triggered a deadly insurgency with devastating consequences both for Iraq and the US

That insurgency, in turn, was an easily modeled reaction to the invasion of a nation that (a) played no role in the provocation, and (b) was known to be populated by three long-warring sects where an unstable peace was maintained by a former US ally who was rebranded an Evil Doer. As the cost in blood and treasure expanded, the US became overextended militarily, financially and diplomatically.

As “the mark” (the US) emerged in the foreground, the agent provocateur faded into the background. But only after catalyzing dynamics that steadily drained the US of credibility, resources and resolve. This “probabilistic” victory also ensured widespread cynicism, insecurity, distrust and disillusionment along with a declining capacity to defend its interests due to the duplicity of a game theory-savvy enemy within.

Meanwhile the American public fell under a regime of oversight, surveillance and intimidation marketed as “homeland” security. This domestic operation even features rhetorical hints of a WWII “fatherland” with clear signs of a force alien to the US with its welcome embrace of open dissent. Is this operation meant to protect Americans or to shield those responsible for this insider operation from Americans?


By manipulating the shared mindset, skilled game theory war-planners can wage battles in plain sight and on multiple fronts with minimal resources. One proven strategy: Pose as an ally of a well-armed nation predisposed to deploy its military in response to a mass murder. In this case, the result destabilized Iraq, creating crises that could be exploited to strategic advantage by expanding the conflict to Iran, another key Israeli goal announced in A Clean Break—seven years before the invasion of Iraq.

Which nation benefitted from the deployment of coalition forces to the region? Today’s mathematically model-able outcome undermined US national security by overextending its military, discrediting its leadership, degrading its financial condition and disabling its political will. In game theory terms, these results were “perfectly predictable”—within an acceptable range of probabilities.

In the asymmetry that typifies today’s unconventional warfare, those who are few in numbers must wage war by way of deception—non-transparently and with means that leverage their impact. Which nation—if not Israel—fits that description?

Treason in Plain Sight?

Game theory war-planners manipulate the shared mental environment by shaping perceptions and creating impressions that become consensus opinions. With the aid of well-timed crises, policy-makers fall in line with a predetermined agenda—not because they are Evil Doers or “imperialists” but because the shared mindset has been pre-conditioned to respond not to the facts but to manipulated emotions and consensus beliefs. Without the murder of 3,000 on 9-11, America’s credibility would not now be damaged and the US economy would be in far better shape.

By steadily displacing facts with what “the mark” can be induced to believe, the few-within-the-few amplify the impact of their duplicity. By steady manipulation of the public’s mindset, game theory war-planners can defeat an opponent with vastly superior resources by inducing those decisions that ensure defeat.

Intelligence wars are waged in plain sight and under the cover of widely shared beliefs. By manipulating consensus opinion, such wars can be won from the inside out by inducing a people to freely choose the very forces that imperil their freedom. Thus in the Information Age the disproportionate power wielded by those with outsized influence in media, pop culture, think tanks, academia and politics—domains where Zionist influence is most rampant.

Induced beliefs act as a force-multiplier to wage intelligence wars from the shadows. At the operational core of such warfare are those masterful at anticipating the mark’s response to a provocation and incorporating that response into their arsenal. For those who wage war in this fashion, facts are only a barrier to overcome. For those nations dependent on facts, the rule of law and informed consent to protect their freedom, such insider treachery poses the greatest possible threat to national security.

America is far less safe than before 9-11. Tel Aviv clearly intends to continue its serial provocations, as evidenced by its ongoing expansion of the settlements. Israel has shown no sign of a willingness to negotiate in good faith or to take the steps required to make peace a possibility. To date, Barack Obama appears unwilling to name senior appointees who are not either Zionists are strongly pro-Israeli. The greatest threat to world peace is not terrorists. The greatest threat is the US-Israeli relationship.

In the same way that a decade of pre-staging was required to plausibly induce the US to invade Iraq, a similar strategy is now underway to persuade the US to invade Iran or to support and condone an attack by Israel. The same duplicity is again at work, including the high profile branding of the requisite Evil Doer. From its very outset, the Zionist enterprise focused on hegemony in the Middle East. Its entangled alliance with the US enabled this enterprise to deploy American might for that purpose.

Only one nation had the means, motive, opportunity and stable nation state intelligence required to take the US to war in the Middle East while also making it appear that Islam is the problem. If Barack Obama continues to defer to Tel Aviv, he can rightly be blamed when the next attack occurs in the US or the European Union featuring the usual orgy of evidence pointing to a predetermined target. Should another mass murder occur, that event will be traceable directly to the US-Israeli relationship and the failure of US policy-makers to free America from this enemy within.

LOS ANGELES — Suddenly, the moon looks exciting again. It has lots of water, scientists said Friday — a thrilling discovery that sent a ripple of hope for a future astronaut outpost in a place that has always seemed barren and inhospitable.



Experts have long suspected there was water on the moon. Confirmation came from data churned up by two NASA spacecraft that intentionally slammed into a lunar crater last month.

"Indeed, yes, we found water. And we didn't find just a little bit. We found a significant amount," said Anthony Colaprete, lead scientist for the mission, holding up a white water bucket for emphasis.

The lunar crash kicked up at least 25 gallons and that's only what scientists could see from the plumes of the impact, Colaprete said.

Some space policy experts say that makes the moon attractive for exploration again. Having an abundance of water would make it easier to set up a base camp for astronauts, supplying drinking water and a key ingredient for rocket fuel.

"Having definitive evidence that there is substantial water is a significant step forward in making the moon an interesting place to go," said George Washington University space policy scholar John Logsdon.

Even so, members of the blue-ribbon panel reviewing NASA's future plans said it doesn't change their conclusion that the program needs more money to get beyond near-Earth orbit. The panel wants NASA to look at other potential destinations like asteroids and Mars.

"This new and terrific result reassures us about lunar resources, but ... the challenges currently facing the human spaceflight program remain," Chris Chyba, a Princeton astrophysicist who is on the panel, said in an e-mail.

President George W. Bush had proposed a more than $100 billion plan to return astronauts to the moon, then go on to Mars; a test flight of an early version of a new rocket was a success last month. President Barack Obama appointed the special panel to look at the entire moon exploration program. The decision is now up to the White House, and NASA's lunar plans are somewhat on hold until then.

As for unmanned exploration, previous missions had detected the presence of hydrogen in lunar craters near the moon's poles, possible evidence of ice. In September, scientists reported finding tiny amounts of water in the lunar soil all over the moon's surface.

But it was NASA's Oct. 9 mission involving the Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite, LCROSS, that provided the stunning confirmation announced Friday — water, in the forms of ice and vapor.

"Rather than a dead and unchanging world, it could in fact be a very dynamic and interesting one," said Greg Delory of the University of California, Berkeley, who was not involved in the mission, led by NASA's Ames Research Center in Mountain View, Calif.

The LCROSS spacecraft only hit one spot on the moon and it's unclear how much water there is across the entire moon.

The October mission involved two strikes into a permanently shadowed crater near the south pole. First, an empty rocket hull slammed into the Cabeus crater. Then, a trailing spacecraft recorded the drama live before it also crashed into the same spot four minutes later.

Though scientists were overjoyed with the plethora of data beamed back to Earth, the mission was a public relations dud. Space enthusiasts who stayed up all night to watch the spectacle did not see the promised giant plume of debris.

NASA scientists had predicted the twin impacts would spew six miles of dust into the sunlight. Instead, images revealed only a mile-high plume, and it was not visible to many amateur astronomers peering through telescopes.

Scientists spent a month analyzing data from the spacecraft's spectrometers, instruments that can detect strong signals of water molecules in the plume.

"We've had hints that there is water. This was almost like tasting it," said Peter Schultz, professor of geological sciences at Brown University and a co-investigator on the LCROSS mission.

Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, who in 1969 made his historic Apollo 11 moonwalk with Neil Armstrong, was pleased to hear the latest discovery, but still believes the U.S. should focus on colonizing Mars.

"People will overreact to this news and say, `Let's have a water rush to the moon,'" Aldrin said. "It doesn't justify that."

Mission scientists said it would take more time to tease out what else was kicked up in the moon dust.

It's official: There's water on the moon—and a "significant amount" of it, too, members of NASA's recent moon-crash mission, LCROSS, announced today.

In October, NASA crashed a two-ton rocket and the SUV-size LCROSS (Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite) into the permanently shadowed crater Cabeus on the moon's south pole.

Despite disappointing many amateur astronomers on Earth, who had been expecting to see a giant plume of lunar dust and ice crystals, the moon-water mission was a success, NASA says. (See NASA 'Moon Bombing' a Hit, But LCROSS Impact Invisible?")

The LCROSS team took the known near-infrared light signature of water and compared it to the impact spectra LCROSS near-infrared recorded after the probe had sent its spent rocket crashing into the moon.

A spectrometer helps identify the composition of materials by examining which wavelengths of light they emit or absorb.

"We got good fits" for the data graphs, said Anthony Colaprete, LCROSS's principal investigator, at today's press conference at the NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California.

"We could not put other compounds [in] and generate the same fit."
Water on the Moon—Buckets of It

Additional evidence of water on the moon came from LCROSS's ultraviolet spectrometer, which detected energy signatures associated with hydroxyl, a byproduct of the breakup of water by sunlight.

The amount of moon water kicked up by the LCROSS crashes could fill about a dozen 2-gallon (7.6-liter) buckets, said Colaprete, adding that this is just a conservative estimate.

"Not Your Father's Moon," Water Discovery Suggests

The confirmation of water on the moon raises the possibility that humans may one day be able to extract drinking water or breathable oxygen as well as the raw ingredients for rocket fuel from moon rocks, Michael Wargo, chief lunar scientist for Exploration Systems at NASA headquarters in Washington, D.C., said at the conference.

Samples of water on the moon might also help shed light on the early history and evolution of the solar system, said physicist Greg Delory, a senior fellow at the Space Sciences Laboratory and Center for Integrative Planetary Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.

"This is not your father's moon," Delory said at the conference.

"Rather than a dead and unchanging world, it could be a very dynamic and interesting one."
